Far East Baptist Missions International began in 2003, when God led Dr Rick Savage, pastor of Bethel Baptist Church in Jackson, Tennessee, and Missionary Eddie Ray, a veteran missionary sent out by Bethel Baptist Church,  to start a local church mission board focused on the Far East. For over 15 years Far East Baptist Missions International has drawn attention to the great need of China and the Far East, while at the same time, meeting the needs of our local church.  Although, western missionaries have served in China and the Far East for over 300 years, ministering in the Far East is still misunderstood by pastors and missionaries alike. Our goal is to promote biblical missions in the Far East as well as help missionaries  better understand the specific needs associated with ministering in this region.
